If you need speakers for conferences, special events, guest lectures, or campus appearances, you can now book outstanding presenters for topics related to leadership development and youth empowerment. New Light Leadership Coalition maintains a list of knowledegable and experienced individuals who have agreed to participate in the NLLC Speakers' Bureau.

Booking a Speaker

To inquire about booking a speaker, fill out and send the Speaker Request Form on the speaker's page. An e-mail message will go directly to the speaker you are interested in considering for booking. (A copy of your message will also be sent to NLLC.) Organizations booking a speaker through the Speakers Bureau may work out with that speaker whatever fees, expense reimbursements, and other arrangements are mutually agreeable.

Some speakers will only appear when paid their standard fee. Some will reduce their fee when appearing before organizations whose work they particularly support, when the appearance will be local, or when no charge will be made to the attendees. Still others will make speeches without charge.

If what you work out involves paying the speaker, NLLC will receive a fee from the speaker. If the speaker appears before your group or event without charge (other than expense reimbursement), you or your organization will owe NLLC a nominal booking fee of $50. If your group or organization is a member or affiliate of NLLC, you will only send a $25 booking fee. (Send a check or money order to NLLC, 28 Allegheny Avenue, Suite 503, Baltimore, MD 21204.)
