Roberts a Student Coordinator in the Office of Alumni Relations at South Carolina State University served prior as the Operations Specialist in the Division of Institutional Advancement at SCSU in the departments of WSSB 90.3 Radio Station and University Relations and Marketing, former Team Leader & Instructor at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC and Senior Finance Intern for the Williamsburg County Government. He most recently became the recipient of Dwight D. Eisenhower Fellowship in which he will provide studies of the United States transportation system to the federal government. Roberts serves on numerous local state, regional and national boards that have allowed him to advance the youth agenda in the areas of health, empowerment, education and civic engagement.
He is a member of NAACP National Youth Work Committee, Ex-Officio member of the Vision Leadership Institute Board of Directors, the SCSU Friends of Miller F. Whittaker Library Board of Directors the Student Representative for the South Carolina State University Endowment & Heritage Fund, and member of Perfect'd Praize Inc. Board of Directors. He currently serves as the Southeast Region NAACP National Youth Work Representative, servicing Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee the largest region in the NAACP. | |
