'What In The World Are You Saying?' – The Art of Effective Communication

Good communication–both speaking and listening–is very vital to the success of a leader.  We often already know what to say, but knowing how to say it can sometimes be a big obstacle to conveying your message to those who would follow you.  The goal of this workshop is to give participants the tools they need to overcome this obstacle and become better communicators.  Participants will get a basic understanding of the way people communicate, the barriers to effective communication and the impact of not applying these principles.  Listening skills are also covered during this very interactive and informative session.  Workshop attendees will leave with a greater understanding of how effective communication greatly impacts one’s leadership development.
